A bit of history...

Land2build Lda. was born in February 2009 in Lisbon, Portugal. It was born at a time when the country was suffering one of its greatest economic recessions and where the norm was the daily closure of engineering and construction companies. But our desire to see land2build born was stronger. And why start a business project (and a lot of personal) right in this adverse period?

Fundamentally for three reasons:

Because we cannot give up and lower our arms just because it is more difficult
Because the work of good professionals (from technicians to workers) is always valued and recognized
Because the dream commands life

So we rolled up our sleeves and got to work! We sought to bring to land2build our experience of several years in the construction sector. We strengthened relations with partners and suppliers already known to us, and we enhanced new business relationships.

The present

Today, we look back and see dozens of projects successfully completed. Some that gave us a lot of work; others not so much; and others that didn't even let us sleep. But in all, without exception, we gave our best and in all, we obtained the recognition of our clients. We can now say that we are a global engineering and construction company. We are a company with an image and name consolidated in the national market and we are strongly oriented towards the execution of projects and works, strictly complying with the established deadlines at a competitive cost and allied to an impeccable final quality of work. Our mission is to contribute to the development of construction methods, planning, organization and management that have a strong impact on the valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, and tourist enterprises. Each project is unique. Each client is unique.
