Housing - T4 House in Aroeira

Construction of a T4 single-family house. The project involved excavating rocky terrain, reinforced concrete structure, and building retaining walls in reinforced concrete and local natural stone. Construction of walls in thermal blocks and exterior cladding using ETICS system. Complete construction of the house, walls, and pool on a "turnkey" basis.
